It all started with a passion for coffee! The business opened its doors 16 years ago in 2003 and is now well-established and owned/ managed by a well-respected and loved family within the community. The business is situated along Highway 3 in Jaffray- Jaffray is an up and coming and prospering town located between Fernie & Cranbrook. The owners grew up in Jaffray and always had a dream to serve up the ultimate coffee experience so when the opportunity arose, they grasped it and then commenced their journey. From the warm welcomes, the smell of coffee and fresh baking- walking into the First Perk always makes you smile and reminds you of walking into the comfort of your family home! This coffee house & eatery currently seats 32 and serves both breakfast & lunch daily. Even though successful today there is potential for growth, with the opportunity for evening service, internal or external catering, liquor service or even events. The First Perk has always been known for being the heart and soul of the town and a fantastic place for both locals and tourists to connect and share stories.
